YOKKAO TRAINING CENTER

Modern Bangkok gym connected to the Yokkao promotion — international focus, top-tier trainers, polished facilities.

Yokkao Training Center is a Bangkok gym connected to the Yokkao promotion, which puts on some of the highest-production Muay Thai shows outside of Lumpinee. The training center reflects that promotion's international ambition — modern equipment, well-maintained mats and rings, multiple training rooms, and a roster of trainers that includes some of the most respected names in Bangkok Muay Thai.

The student mix tilts more international than at PKSaenchai or Sitmonchai. Foreign fighters preparing for Yokkao cards or other international shows often base out of here, and the language and cultural barrier is lower than at provincial gyms. The gym has a partnership with Saenchai that brings him in for visits and seminars, which means students who time their visits well can occasionally get pad work or instruction directly from him.

Yokkao is a good middle ground between the tourist accessibility of Tiger and the deep-cut authenticity of Sitmonchai. You'll get high-quality instruction, modern facilities, and Bangkok city life as your daily backdrop. It's not the cheapest option in Thailand, but the cost-to-quality ratio for the level of training is strong.
